当然，最好的还是高德纳先生那本BOOK。
BOOK在Tex发行版（比如TexLive）中是有源代码的，但不能texed，源文档有相关说明。如果你直接编译，会出现提示而无法编译。只是有人仍然在网络上传布texed版本，我记得高德纳在主页上曾经谈及此事。
如果你能发现Tex或Metafont书中的错误，将会得到高德纳先生的物质奖励，他的主页这样写道：
